Every student receives 1:1 interaction all day long!
An integration of both ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) and DIR (Development, Individual Differences, Relationships) to bring each student to their fullest potential.
A communication system is designed for each individual student by the Speech and Language Department and implemented by the entire team. Speech therapists provide individual sessions as well as train the entire staff to be communication assistants.
A sensory profile is created for each student by their Occupational Therapist to help them regulate and be ready for work. Vocational training prepares our students for real life experiences.
Individual Music Therapy affords each student the opportunity to communicate and express themselves in a creative environment. Music Therapy social skill groups provide our students with successful interactions and expand their social emotional development.
Students engage in a daily Yoga routine. Yoga promotes relaxation and body control. It improves coordination and balance and increases oxygen to the brain.
Our students visit a local community center to swim. This program helps our students increase their muscle tone and body awareness by working against the natural resistance of the water
